The contract will span a 12-month base period with two optional 12-month extension periods, requiring the contractor to deliver one three-day Train-the-Trainer course for 24 staff and seven back-to-back training sessions for 280 front-line personnel during the base year, with 40 staff per session organized into four teams of ten. All training will be conducted in the Washington, DC Metro area at a government-furnished facility within a 50-mile radius of CSOSA headquarters.
