The Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime is soliciting proposals for a long-term requirements contract to procure 112 national stock numbers associated with the ARP/SPS-75 Radar System for one base year and four option years. Proposals are due by February 2, 2021, and pricing must remain valid for 120 days. Interested suppliers must first obtain source approval by submitting a request and documentation tracing items back to the original equipment manufacturer, Hensoldt Inc. Offers submitted without the required traceability will be considered non-responsive. Source inspection is also required.
There is no set-aside designation. The place of performance is Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Suppliers must provide parts for 112 national stock numbers to support the ARP/SPS-75 Radar System over the five-year contract period. Hensoldt Inc. is the current and original equipment manufacturer, and all suppliers except Hensoldt must demonstrate traceability of all parts back to the OEM.

The Government intends to issue a long term Requirements contract for one (1) base year and four (4) option years to procure associated NSN’s for the ARP/SPS-75 Radar System (list of parts is on the solicitation (112 NSN’s). The technical data package (TDP) is proprietary to the original manufacturer, Hensoldt Inc, Cage Code 7Y2U0. The FOB point is Origin. If you are interested in becoming a supplier of the items for this Radar System, a source approval request (SAR) must be submitted and approved by the in-site engineering authority (ISEA) prior to supplier approval. All parties (with the exception of the OEM) must submit traceability documentation back to the OEM in accordance with local clauses DLATERMHZ01 C03 Contractor Retention of Supply Chain Traceability and DLATERMHZ03 L04 Offers for Part Numbered Items. Offers submitted without the required traceability documentation will be considered non-responsive and will be ineligible for award. Source inspection is required. Pricing for the RFP is requested to be valid for 120 days.
A list of all 112 NSNs and Part Numbers is attached to this notice along with the solicitation.
Proposal submit due date is February 2, 2021. If you require additional time to complete and submit your proposal, please notify the contracting officer prior to this date.
