The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA is seeking to procure a SPion System Lossless Ion Transfer Interface on an other than full and open competition basis. This requirement is sole sourced to Trace Matters Scientific LLC as the only vendor able to provide the SPion System Lossless Ion Transfer Interface that couples the LTQ and Opentrons Robot, which is a critical function. Interested firms believing they can provide the required items must submit a written response by August 12, 2024, referencing solicitation number N6893624Q0213 and demonstrating their ability to meet the requirement without compromising quality, accuracy, or reliability.

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the following items SPion System Lossless Ion Transfer Interface - 1 Lot. This requirement is sole sourced to Trace Matters Scientific LLC, 909 Rose Ave STE 400, North Bethesda, MD as the only vendor able to provide the SPion System Lossless Ion Transfer Interface that makes a device that couples the LTQ and Opentrons Robot which is a critical function. Any firms believing that they can provide the items SPion System Lossless Ion Transfer Interface may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893624Q0213 and clearly show the firm’s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship. Going forward, all new entities registering in GSA's System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number before the registration will be activated. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an 'Active' status as the government cannot award to an entity without an 'Active' SAM registration.
