This is a firm-fixed-price commercial purchase order with delivery required within 50 days of order receipt. Award will be made to the lowest-price technically acceptable quoter with acceptable or neutral past performance, provided price is determined fair and reasonable. Technical acceptability requires submission of a one- to two-sentence Technical Capability Confirmation or a Brand Name or Equal narrative. Quoters must complete the SF 1449 form, submit FAR certifications (52.225-4 and 52.225-18), hold prices firm for 30 days, and may submit questions via email up to 48 hours before closing.
