The procurement will follow a firm fixed price arrangement with a base performance period from June 5, 2025, to June 4, 2026.
The solicitation initially appears to have no specific set-aside, though a later amendment indicates it is set aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) concerns. The place of performance is Warner Robins, GA 31098, and the system will include multiple matrix calibrations, analytical software, a desktop computer, printer, and various accessories. While no specific award value is explicitly stated, the procurement includes comprehensive features such as technical support, firmware/software updates, service history tracking, preventative maintenance visits, and on-site corrective services.
