The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SPAWAR Systems Center

Pacific) in support of Special Projects and Electronic Systems, Code 44140 has

identified a requirement to provide current relevant knowledge, experience and

capability to assist the branch in its execution of sustainment and technical

support of Special Projects and Electronic systems. The support includes

experimental, demonstration and developmental technology. Current sponsors

include the U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard, Military Sealift Command, Navy

Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC), Naval Mine and Anti-Submarine

Warfare Command, SPAWAR Program Executive Offices, Commander Third

Fleet (C3F), Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Intelligence Command,

Department of Homeland Security and other Government activities. The

services will include at a minimum the following areas: Management, Hardware

Engineering, Software Engineering, Configuration Management and Logistics.

The primary systems and efforts to be supported under this contract are listed

below in order of precedence. Any replacement, follow-on or interrelated

system shall be covered by this PWS. Work will be performed at operational

platform sites, shore-based sites, and training activities located in the

continental United States (CONUS), Alaska, Hawaii, and other locations

worldwide, as specified in the task orders.



The primary systems and efforts to be supported under this contract are:

Submarine Electronic Surveillance Systems and ancillary sub-systems (AN/WLR-

8, AN/BRD-7), to include Advanced Wireless Systems (AWS) Custom Border

Protection Microwave Communication, Seabee Construction Management

(SCM) System(SharePoint Portal), Submarine LF/VLF Receiver (SLVR),

Command, Control, Communications, Computers & Intelligence (C4I) Systems,

Maritime Domain Awareness / Homeland Force Protection / Antiterrorism

Systems, Naval Aviation Logistics Command Management Information System

(NALCOMIS), Naval Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS), Advanced

Concept Site (ACS), Coalition Warrior Interoperability Experiment (CWIX), Fleet

Experiments, Combined Maritime Operations Center (CMOC), Extended Littoral

Battlefield (ELB), Fifth Generation Full Scale Aerial Targets (FSAT) and Joint

Perimeter Security Command and Control (JPSC2).



SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific intends to issue a solicitation (RFP N66001-12-

R-0023) for a multiple award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ),

cost reimbursement type contract with a base period of three (3) years,

followed by two (2) additional option years totaling five (5) years for

continued

mission support. Other Direct Costs (ODC) will be non fee bearing. The

annual estimated level of effort is 72,759 hours (218,277 hours for the three

year base period) with an optional 72,759 for option year 1 and 72,759 hours

for option year 2. NAICS Code is 541330. This requirement will be fulfilled

via

full and open competition.



The estimated release date of the solicitation is 30 May 2012. Electronic
