About this opportunity

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has issued a Special Notice regarding a virtual industry day for the Traffic Coordination System for Space (TraCSS) program. TraCSS is an enterprise solution being developed by NOAA's Office of Space Commerce to ingest, process, and disseminate space situational awareness data and products, including conjunction analysis and warning services for commercial satellite operators.

The purpose of the industry day is to provide an update on the TraCSS program, share information on the system integration requirements, discuss the acquisition approach, and obtain feedback from industry on capabilities, contract type, and standard processes. Interested vendors are required to register by September 25, 2024 to attend the event on October 1, 2024. NOAA is also accepting written submissions with additional feedback through October 14, 2024. The government plans to use the feedback gathered to inform the acquisition strategy for the next TraCSS system integration contract, which will focus on migrating additional services to the platform.
