The morning session features five strategic challenge working sessions addressing AI threat countering, post-quantum cryptography milestones, decentralized identity implementation, non-person/non-human identities, and multi-protocol federation across information domains. Qualified vendors attending the morning sessions may participate in afternoon one-on-one appointment sessions and must submit a maximum 10-page document addressing acquisition approaches, contracting vehicles, evaluation criteria, and performance measurement strategies for ICAM capabilities.
