Responses to the Sources Sought notice are due by 2:00 PM CST on January 10, 2025, with an anticipated solicitation release planned for late July or early August 2025.

Notice text
The purpose of this project is to replace two filter-separators used by the bulk fueling transfer cabinet at Army Aviation Support Facility (AASF) #2 Jet A (F-24) bulk storage facility in St. Cloud, Minnesota.
Filter-separators are located in a transfer/hot-refueling cabinet. Internal coatings of two filter separators were beginning to crack and flake, breaking off the system itself. AASF staff shut the inlet and outlet vales and disconnected the vessel from the rest of the filter separator components.
