About this opportunity

The U.S. Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Eustis is seeking qualified small businesses to provide paving services for the U.S. Military Academy (USMA) in West Point, New York. The services will be procured through an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract, with task orders issued for specific paving projects. Key requirements include employing experienced paving personnel, maintaining traffic flow during construction, protecting historical resources, and implementing robust quality control measures. This procurement will be set aside for small businesses, provided at least two qualified small businesses respond to the sources sought notice. The anticipated NAICS code is 237310 (Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction). The government is not seeking quotes, bids, or proposals at this time, but is gathering information to determine the feasibility of a small business set-aside. Responses are due by March 29, 2024, and the government will not pay for any costs incurred in preparing the responses.
