Warren AFB. The contractor will be responsible for removing failed conduits, installing new 1-inch PVC-coated rigid conduit at minimum 36 inches depth, pulling new 10/3 copper stranded wire, and replacing gate switches, with work scope totaling approximately 103 linear feet per site plus an additional 70 linear feet at two sites. The contract is structured as a one-time, firm fixed-price award with a 120-calendar-day period of performance. Beyond technical qualifications, contractors must comply with extensive security requirements including Real ID-compliant identification, Entry Authority List processing, level I antiterrorism training, and on-site escort procedures throughout the contract execution.
