About this opportunity

The United States Army 409th Contracting Support Brigade, Theater Contracting Command (TCC) is seeking a pool of contractors for paving construction, rehabilitation, maintenance, and repair services within Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. Contractors are required to submit a one-page capabilities statement demonstrating their expertise and interest in the potential solicitation, with responses due by March 12, 2025, at 1600 Central European Time. The contract will be awarded under the NAICS code 237310 for Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, with potential job sites located at any U.S. Army Garrison-Rhineland-Palatinate (USAG-RP) location. Contractors should note that this is a market research initiative and not a formal solicitation, and submission of a capabilities statement does not guarantee future contract opportunities.
