While no specific award value is mentioned, the event scale suggests a moderate-sized contract covering catering, venue rental, and technical support for approximately 100-300 attendees. The event timeline is precisely defined, running from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm on April 11, 2025, which will help potential contractors understand the exact service duration.
