Key contract objectives include providing both Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulance transportation services, with most services originating or terminating at the FCI located at 805 Fox Hollow Road, Manchester, KY. The market research is being conducted through a voluntary Sources Sought Market Research Questionnaire, which interested vendors must complete and submit by May 30, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST to the specified email address. Potential contractors will be evaluated based on their ability to meet the stringent service requirements, including rapid response times, comprehensive transportation capabilities, and compliance with SAM registration.

While no specific award value is disclosed, the contract will require the selected vendor to provide ambulance services seven days a week, including federal holidays, with the capability to transport inmates to designated destinations regardless of distance. The market research phase is designed to assess vendor interest and capability, with no guaranteed commitment to issue a formal solicitation.
