About this opportunity
The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Hawaii (NAVFAC Hawaii) is conducting market research to identify potential sources for a satellite synchronized network clock that can match the performance capabilities of the SEL-2488 manufactured by Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories. The government is seeking products that can receive time signals from Global Navigation Satellite Systems for precise time synchronization, provide flexible time outputs including IRIG-B, PTP, NTP, 10 MHz Frequency Output, and 1 PPS Output, and utilize multiple satellite constellations for enhanced reliability and protection against GPS spoofing attacks. The equipment must also operate reliably in harsh industrial or substation environments with extended temperature ranges and high immunity to electrical interference, vibration, and humidity. Interested vendors must submit complete technical data, specifications, and company information in Adobe PDF format using at least 11-point Times New Roman font on single-sided 8.5 by 11 inch pages.
