About this opportunity
Air Combat Command is seeking sources capable of providing ISDN landline telecommunication services for NIPR at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar, with an anticipated award date of August 27, 2026. The requirement is not set-aside and is exempt from small business rules under Class Deviation 2026-O0037 as a contingency operation conducted outside the United States.
Performance consists of direct exchange lines and 60 channels SIP-T MRC for a 6-month base period at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. Unauthorized resale of Ooredoo services is prohibited.
Interested parties must submit a Capability Statement addressing company profile, technical capability demonstrating existing physical infrastructure and host-nation licenses, geographic capability and proof of operations in Qatar, and pricing arrangements methodology.
