About this file
This is a Sources Sought Notice issued by the U.S. Air Force (379 ECONS/PKC) seeking to identify potential contractors capable of providing ISDN Landline Telecommunication Services for NIPR at Al Udeid Airbase (AUAB) in Qatar. The requirement consists of direct exchange lines and 60 Channels SIP-T MRC for a 6-month base period, with an anticipated award date of August 27, 2026. The notice is classified under NAICS Code 517810 (All Other Telecommunications) and PSC DG11. Responses must be submitted by August 21, 2026 at 1200 AST to SSgt Randal Rose (randal.rose@us.af.mil).

Unauthorized resale of Ooredoo services is prohibited. Interested parties must submit a Capability Statement addressing company profile, technical capability demonstrating existing physical infrastructure and host-nation licenses, geographic capability and proof of operations in Qatar, and pricing arrangements methodology. The Government will not consider proposals from third-party brokers or non-licensed entities. This Sources Sought is for market research purposes only and does not constitute a commitment or payment obligation.
