This notice is exploratory in nature and does not constitute a formal solicitation, quote request, or commitment to award a contract. The government is specifically gauging market interest among small businesses to determine whether sufficient qualified vendors exist to support a small business set-aside. Interested vendors should monitor the Governmentwide Point of Entry for any subsequent formal solicitation documents that may be released based on responses received. The government will only proceed with the set-aside if a minimum of two qualified small businesses respond with sufficient capability information to support award at fair market prices. No specific award value or budget range is disclosed in this Sources Sought Notice, nor are there any incumbent contractors or current contract values mentioned. Interested small businesses should provide details demonstrating their capability to supply BurpSuite software and deliver it at competitive market rates. The absence of a formal solicitation deadline means companies must maintain vigilance regarding the Governmentwide Point of Entry for any subsequent RFQ, IFB, or RFP releases related to this requirement.
