The solicitation requires contractors to complete a Restricted Access Request form to gain access to the full solicitation documents, which must be submitted to Martin Fuller Jr. at FullerM@state.gov. The anticipated contract structure includes one base year with four optional one-year extensions, to be exercised at the government's sole discretion, potentially spanning up to five years total.
