Key contract requirements include a minimum coverage of 100,000,000 CHF for third-party liability and 100,000 CHF for bodily injuries with zero deductible, with premiums quoted in Swiss Francs and excluding Value Added Tax. The government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer based on initial proposals, though discussions may be held with companies in the competitive range if necessary. This solicitation does not utilize any set-aside designations. The contract is structured as fixed-price with economic price adjustment provisions, with a base period of 12 months and four potential option years, providing up to five years of coverage. Eligible funding agencies include U.S. Mission Geneva ICASS, DCP, DS, Conference of Disarmament, Marin Security Guard, and United States Trade. The place of performance is Switzerland, specifically at the U.S. Mission Geneva.
