About this opportunity
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Headquarters is seeking to procure Level Access software subscriptions for Section 508 compliance training through this combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. The agency requires these software solutions to address current manual compliance processes that consume significant staff time, create inconsistencies, and cause delays in content delivery. The procurement aims to streamline compliance processes, enhance accuracy, improve training capabilities, and reduce overall operational costs through dedicated software automation. Award decisions will be based on the lowest price offer that meets technical requirements and demonstrates fair and reasonable pricing. Interested vendors must submit quotes using the contract line item structure provided in the Statement of Work, along with technical documentation, with submissions due on September 29, 2025.
This solicitation operates under an unrestricted request for quotation with no set-aside designations, encouraging participation from all qualified vendors. The procurement falls under NAICS code 513210 for Software Publishers with a size standard of $47,000,000 and PSC code DA10 for IT and Telecom Business Application/Application Development Software as a Service. The contract will have a one-year period of performance beginning on the award date, with specific contract line items and quantities detailed in the attached Statement of Work documentation. Performance will occur in Washington, DC, supporting the Army Corps of Engineers' compliance training requirements. No incumbent contractors or specific budget ranges are mentioned in the solicitation notice, though the streamlined acquisition approach suggests this is a relatively straightforward commercial software procurement.
