About this opportunity
The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing a prospectus to solicit offers for a 10-year concession contract to provide food & beverage and retail services at Mabry Mill within the Blue Ridge Parkway. The NPS seeks proposals that demonstrate the ability to provide necessary and appropriate visitor services while protecting park resources. Key evaluation factors include responsiveness to objectives, relevant experience, financial capability, and the proposed franchise fee. Proposals are due by August 30, 2024 at 2:00 PM ET, with questions due by July 5, 2024 and notifications of intent to propose due by August 16, 2024.
This is not a set-aside contract. The current concession contract is CC-BLRI009-13, but the government has not designated a preferred offeror. No specific award value or budget range is provided, but the NPS has estimated annual gross receipts between $600,000 - $900,000.
