About this opportunity

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District is seeking Architect-Engineer (A/E) services through an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Army Reserve facility design projects. The procurement will support design requirements for horizontal and vertical military infrastructure across the United States, including territories like Puerto Rico and Guam. Services will encompass pre-design work, full design services, and construction phase support for various facility types including training buildings, maintenance facilities, storage facilities, and administrative structures. Proposals will be evaluated based on specialized experience, professional qualifications, past performance, organizational capacity, and knowledge of locality using Brooks A-E Act procedures. Interested firms must submit electronic proposals through the PIEE system by January 7, 2025, at 2:00 PM EST.

The contract period will span five years, covering fiscal years 2025-2030, with approximately 90-95% of work supporting military customers and 5-10% supporting civil works projects. Contracts will support design services nationwide, including all 50 states and U.S. territories, with potential delivery methods including design-build and design-bid-build approaches. Required professional disciplines include project management, architecture, civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, structural engineering, and cost engineering.
