The notice does not specify quantity requirements, delivery timelines, or other numerical contract details, as the government is in the early information-gathering phase to determine procurement strategy and method. Participation in this source sought notice is entirely voluntary, and vendors should recognize that submission does not guarantee future solicitation or contract award.
