About this opportunity

The Air Mobility Command is seeking potential sources for locally fabricated skid boards under a blanket purchase agreement. The skid boards must be constructed of AC grade plywood measuring 48 by 48 inches with four 3-inch holes drilled on each side as specified in technical drawing 13C7-1-11. Eight lengths of 3/8-inch nylon webbing should be routed through the holes in a figure-eight pattern. The agency prefers an order/delivery schedule of 500 skid boards quarterly but will consider ranges from 150-300 per month. The deadline for responses is December 28, 2023.

The opportunity is set aside for total small business concerns. The predominant NAICS code is 332999 for all other miscellaneous fabricated metal product manufacturing. The pre-solicitation notice does not name any incumbents but indicates the skid boards will be used for transporting single A-22 loads. Respondents should demonstrate the ability to meet the preferred quarterly order/delivery quantity of 500 units or the alternative monthly range of 150-300 as required to support Air Mobility Command operations.
