The contractor bears liability for damages during disassembly and must remove all debris and equipment upon completion. An optional extension allows weekly pricing to maintain the containment structure for additional weeks beyond the initial seven-day period. Payment is Net 30 by Government Purchase Order; no down payments or advanced payments will be made. Evaluation criteria are technical capability to meet requirements, deadline compliance, and price.
