Description 

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0241  is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Shaker Incubator.

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.  The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 34516 The small business size standard is 1,000  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. 

See “Attachment 1 - Solicitation Terms and Conditions” for applicable clauses, instructions, and evaluation criteria. 

In order to be considered for award OFFERORS SHALL SUBMIT ALLOF THE FOLLOWING:

  1. Submit Firm Fixed Price quotation (quote on company letterhead) detailing the supply description, Place of Manufacture, price with any options if applicable, and valid for at least 60 days after receipt of quote.
  2. Submit Sam.gov Unique Entity ID (UEI) with quotation. 
  3. Submit Capability Statement and/or technical documentation showing technical acceptability of item to meet or exceed ALL salient characteristics of Attachment 2- Specifications.

REJECTION OF QUOTATION: Failure to demonstrate compliance or to submit ALL items requested in solicitation will be cause to reject the quote without further discussions.

DISCUSSIONS: The Government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct discussions should it be deemed in the Government's best interest.
