Questions from interested offerors must be submitted by February 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST to tucker.davis@usda.gov, and the solicitation was amended on January 29, 2026, to extend the closing date and update the period of performance.

Virtual support will be provided to the USDA ARS OTT located in Beltsville, Maryland (5601 Sunnyside Avenue, Beltsville, MD 20705), with technical inquiries directed to Mark D. McNemar and contract concerns to Tucker Davis.
