The United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) has a requirement for a Contractor to provide non-personal services and provide all personnel, supervision, supplies and other items and services (not specifically identified herein to be Government-furnished), necessary to support the administration, execution and instruction of U.S. Military personnel, and other Government designees of the Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) course in accordance with Government furnished Programs of Instruction (POI), Course Management Plans (CMP) instructor courseware and Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Regulation 350-70 and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The anticipated period of performance is a 12 month base year with four (4) one-year options. The primary place of performance is Camp Mackall, Fort Bragg, North Carolina.


The NAICS code applicable to this requirement is 611699, "All Other miscellaneous school and instructions" with a size standard of $11 Million. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and will be subject to the policies and procedures outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other applicable regulations and FAR supplements.


The Request for Proposal (RFP) is anticipated to be made available to interested industry participants during the month of February 2016. The RFP and any subsequent documents will be accessible through the following site only: https://www.fbo.gov .


Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring these sites for the release of the RFP package and any subsequent amendments. No paper copies of the RFP will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored.
