The solicitation includes both the supply of the new system and the removal and disposal of the existing equipment, with installation services required to provide a turnkey solution. Key deliverables include not only the equipment supply and installation but also training for site personnel on controls, operation, and maintenance of the new system. A one-year guarantee on all work performed is required as part of the contract terms.
