About this opportunity

The United States Marine Corps is seeking a contractor to provide and install an integrated access control and video entry system for three separate entry points including front entrance, rear entrance, and warehouse door. The system must include CAC authentication, video verification, magnetic locking capabilities, and remote unlocking features, with all components required to be hardwired and compatible with existing DoD CAC/PIV credentials. The contractor must supply all labor, materials, tools, transportation, supervision, and equipment necessary for installation, configuration, and testing of the complete system. Key requirements include concealed cabling in administrative areas, exposed conduit routing in warehouse areas, and completion of all work during regular duty hours from Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. This pre-solicitation notice was posted on August 25, 2025, with the same due date, indicating an expedited timeline for interested contractors.

The procurement includes specific deliverables such as three magnetic locks, three sensors, three push-to-exit buttons, card readers and peripherals that must be RoHS compliant, a laptop computer for programming and system administration, and a complete door entry system with all necessary hardware and installation materials. The system will control and monitor three distinct access points with the front and rear entrances featuring double doors requiring magnetic locks due to removable center posts, while the warehouse features a single swing door.
