About this opportunity

The USACE Seattle District seeks to develop curriculum, provide classroom instruction, and organize retreats and off-campus events in support of its Leadership Development Program. Services will be procured through competitive procedures and evaluated based on the offeror's ability to design and deliver leadership training that meets the needs of the District. Questions are due by July 6th, with proposals to follow thereafter.

The procurement is set aside for total small business and anticipated to require curriculum development, classroom training, and event planning services over the next year. While no incumbent or budget is identified, the small business set aside suggests the contract value will remain under $4 million for the duration of the base period and any options. Numerical specifics on course attendance or event attendance are not provided.
