About this opportunity
Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP WSS) intends to solicit a seat restraint (NSN 1RM 1680 016870353 BL, part number 4166AS0520-01) on a sole-source basis, with a response deadline of October 13, 2026. The government lacks sufficient, accurate, or legible data to support competition and will award to the current source.
The acquisition covers 87 units with FOB origin delivery. One or more items are subject to Free Trade Agreements (FAR 52.225-3) and the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements (FAR 52.225-5). All items require Government Source Approval prior to award. New source approval typically requires time that precludes delaying award pending such approval. Offerors who are not already approved sources must submit source approval documentation with their proposal using the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure, available at https://www.navsup.navy.mil/Business-Opportunities/Home/. Proposals lacking required source approval data will not be considered for award.
