Description:

The original synopsis posted on 16 SEPT 2020 with RFQ SPRRA1-21-Q-0001 has been replaced

with new solicitation SPRRA1-21-R-0016 due to change of requirement from One Time Buy to

Five-Year IDIQ.

PRON: AX0F6063AX. The Government proposes to acquire, on a Five-Year Indefinite Delivery

Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a minimum quantity of 100 each up to 900 each maximum

of a Searchlight; NSN: 6220-01-1603527; Part Number: 7-211B12031

applicable to the AH-64 Apache weapon system.

Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 100 each 210 Days After Contract Award

(DACA) with deliveries to CORPUS CHRISTI, TX, 78419-5255.

This item is restricted to The Boeing Company, CAGE CODE: 8V613 and Grimes Aerospace

Company, CAGE: 72914.

This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) that is specified on the Source Control

Drawing (or Selected Item Drawing or Altered Item Drawing). Suitable technical data,

Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from

other sources, nor qualification testing of another part nor use of a second source part in the

intended application.

This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or

selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet

prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and

can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are

encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the

sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date
