About this opportunity
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and other Navy SYSCOM partners are issuing Solicitation N0017824R7000 to competitively award multiple indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contracts (MACs) under the SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort NxG) program. These contracts will allow prime MAC holders to compete for future task order awards for a wide range of engineering and program management support services. Proposals must be submitted through the SeaPort NxG web-based portal by July 3, 2024 and will be evaluated on factors such as relevant technical experience, accounting system qualifications, and small business subcontracting plans. The period of performance will be from the date of award through January 1, 2029.
The solicitation does not use any set-aside designations. The total maximum value of the contract is $4.25 billion, with a $340 million maximum for firm-fixed-price orders and $3.825 billion maximum for cost-type orders. Work will be performed primarily in Dahlgren, Virginia. The government may set aside specific task orders for small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, women-owned small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, and HUBZone businesses.
