About this opportunity

The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts intends to extend existing BPA Call USCA23BPAC1026 and Task Order USCA24F1000 on a sole-source basis through January 31, 2027, with incumbent vendors Lamb Informatics and FedTec providing up to four months of continued service.

The extension is justified under GSA Multiple Award Schedule guidance (Guide Vol. 14 § 310.50.63(b)(1)(B)) on the basis of unique and highly specialized services. The Judiciary requires continuity of mission-critical IT operations while finalizing competitive re-procurements to award two separate agreements: one for Infrastructure & Platform Services Office (IPSO) Platform Engineering Division services, including Identity and Access Management, Single Sign-On, Identity Web Services, API Gateway support, and Court Forge development platform support; and another for Platform Development Office (PDO) Testing Services Division support, covering IT testing for national applications and systems including COTS/GOTS applications, AO-developed applications, and infrastructure layers. The current BPA and task order expire September 30, 2026, and the extension period runs October 1, 2026 through January 31, 2027. The Contracting Officer will seek price reductions consistent with Guide Vol. 14 § 310.50.40(c). Anticipated milestones include solicitation release by October 20, 2026.
