The primary requirement is one Mobile Faraday Tent, FT Series model FT10-PUF-1020 (10x20x10 feet), in new condition, which must be fully compliant with ICD 705 standards for handling classified information and provide RF/EMI shielding with a minimum attenuation level of 38dB across specified frequency ranges. Key salient characteristics include rapid setup and teardown in under 10 minutes, proven RF shielding for operational security, configurable interior to support diverse missions, portability, durability, and shielded ports for communications, power, and HVAC systems. Award will be made to the offeror providing the lowest price that meets all technical acceptability standards, with subsequent lower-priced offers evaluated if the initial lowest bid does not meet technical requirements; past performance will not be evaluated. The deadline for submitting questions is March 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time, and all quotations must be received by March 18, 2026, at 2:00 PM MDT via email to Judah Morton (judah.morton@us.af.mil, 520-228-1937).
