The requirement is for production-class, high-speed document scanners capable of high-volume office use with integrated flatbed scanner, automatic document feeding, mixed document size acceptance, simplex and duplex scanning modes, and support for color, grayscale, and black-and-white outputs in standard formats (searchable PDF, TIFF, JPEG). Each scanner must include USB connectivity compatible with current Windows operating systems, manufacturer software and drivers, touchscreen or equivalent operator interface, and front-facing input and output trays. The contract also includes CLIN 0002 for a one-year manufacturer-authorized on-site service agreement covering parts and labor with next business day response or better, qualified technician repairs, and component replacement as needed, fully transferable to the Government.
