About this opportunity
The Department of the Army National Guard has published a Special Notice for a sole source acquisition of Information Technology (IT) hardware sanitization services. The 177th Fighter Wing Advanced Programs Office requires the sanitization of approximately 1,500 lbs of obsolete Special Access Program (SAP) IT devices in accordance with DoD standards.
The purpose of this acquisition is to maintain 100% accountability and witness the destruction of the SAP material. The contracting officer has determined that Gannon & Scott Phoenix, Inc. is the only reasonably available source based on market research, as they are the sole vendor on the DoD Chief Information Officer's SAP Registry located near the 177th Fighter Wing. The estimated amount for this sole source acquisition is $15,000, and the due date for responses is May 14, 2024. This opportunity is set aside for small businesses.
