The Government intends to award a purchase order or purchase orders resulting from this Request for Proposal based on the lowest evaluated price.

This determination will be a subjective assessment based on ?good business judgment? decisions concerning, but not limited to, administrative costs for issuing and administering each purchase order. It is assumed, for purposes of evaluating quotations that $500.00 would be the administrative cost to the Government for issuing and administering each purchase order awarded under this Request for Quotation, and individual awards will be for the items or combination of items that result in the lowest aggregate cost to the Government, including the assumed administrative costs.
