No incumbent contractors or current service providers are identified in the documentation. While specific contract values are not disclosed, the government is requesting rough order of magnitude estimates from potential contractors as part of their capability responses. The contract structure includes a base year with five potential option years, requiring continuous technical support across seven primary task areas including project management, dashboard maintenance, report writing, scheduling analysis, data integration, regional program support, and enterprise program support. The government anticipates approximately five monthly ad hoc reporting requests and will provide all necessary hardware, software licenses, and secure connections, with travel limited to HQUSACE headquarters in Washington, DC.
