About this opportunity

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Family, Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (FMWR) program is soliciting quotes for the procurement of two new recreational vehicle campers through Request for Quote NAFUA1-26-Q-0009. The solicitation seeks one 2025 Jayco Jay Feather Micro 171BH camper and one 2026 Jayco Jay Flight SLX 175BHW camper, with no equivalent products accepted. The DLA intends to evaluate quotes on a line-item basis and reserves the right to award each camper to separate vendors; offerors submitting "all or none" contingent quotes may have their proposals rejected as non-responsive if the government determines it is in its best interest to split the awards. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted by 3:00 PM EST on March 26, 2026, and completed quotes are due by 3:00 PM EST on April 2, 2026. Interested offerors should direct inquiries and submissions to Contracting Officer Elizabeth Sheffield at Elizabeth.Sheffield@DLA.mil.

This solicitation carries no small business set-aside designation and does not identify any incumbent contractors. The performance period runs from April 6, 2026 to May 6, 2026, with delivery required to DLA Installation Management San Joaquin located at 25600 S. Chrisman Road, Building 101, Tracy, California. The first camper is a 20'2" unit with a dry weight of 3,735 lbs that sleeps five people and features a 55-gallon fresh water capacity with 30-amp electrical service, while the second camper is 22'1" in length with a dry weight of 3,150 lbs, also sleeping five with 20-gallon fresh water capacity and 30-amp electrical service. No specific budget range or award value has been disclosed in the solicitation notice. The RFQ incorporates standard federal contract clauses addressing payment, delivery, inspection, disputes, and compliance with applicable nonappropriated fund regulations.

Notice text

The Defense Logistics Agency Family & Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (FMWR) invites qualified offerors to submit quotes in response to the Request for Quote (RFQ) NAFUA1-26-Q-0009 to provide two (2) new campers at the Defense Logistics Agency Installation Management San Joaquin 25600 S. Chrisman Road, Bldg. 101, Tracy, California. All questions regarding the solicitation are due no later than 3:00 PM (EST), March 26, 2026 (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. Equivalents are NOT accepted.

The NAFI intends to evaluate quotes and make an award on a line-item basis. The NAFI reserves the right to award Line Item 1 and Line Item 2 to separate vendors. An award for one line item will not be contingent upon the award of the other line item.
Quotes that are contingent upon receiving an award for both line items (i.e., "all or none" quotes) may be considered non responsive and may be rejected if it is determined to be in the NAFI's best interest to award line items to separate vendors.

Should you have any questions regarding the solicitation or site visit, please reach out to either the Contracting officer at Elizabeth.Sheffield@DLA.mil.
