About this opportunity

The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center is seeking repair and return services for the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) F-15 aircraft components. This sole source, one-time bridge requirement is designed to establish and manage repair services for unclassified and classified component parts, aviation items, and related equipment. The contract objectives include repairing and returning F-15 C/D/S and SA components, refurbishing Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) including Special Purpose Vehicles and Fire and Safety vehicles, and maintaining Hush House/Open Air Test Cell equipment. The program will also involve reporting and analyzing Turn-Around-Time (TAT) for these services, with priorities established by the Program Management Office and RSAF. The pre-solicitation notice was posted on April 14, 2025, with responses due by April 30, 2025, and a portion of the work will be performed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The contract is designated as a non-set-aside opportunity, with The Boeing Company (CAGE: 0PXV4) identified as the primary contractor. The solicitation aims to support the Air Force's small business subcontracting goals, with specific attention to respecting local Saudi Arabian laws, customs, and traditions. While specific award values are not disclosed in the pre-solicitation notice, the contract is categorized under NAICS code 488190 for Other Support Activities for Air Transportation and PSC code R706 for Management: Logistics Support. The comprehensive scope of services suggests a complex, multi-faceted contract that will require specialized aerospace maintenance and repair capabilities, with potential for significant logistical and technical challenges given the international nature of the work and the specialized equipment involved.
