This competitive solicitation is for an indefinite delivery, single award task order contract for roofing construction services with a total capacity of $49 million. The solicitation is issued by the Army Corps of Engineers Engineering District Savannah to provide roofing construction, rehabilitation, installation, maintenance, replacement and repair services for various roofing systems at federal facilities in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. Task orders issued against the contract will be fixed price for work over a two year base period and three one-year options.

Task orders for individual projects will be performed in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia and have an estimated total value of $49 million over the five-year ordering period.

03/02/2020 - Amendment 2: Clarified submission procedures for Letter of Surety. Please be advised Letter of Surety may be recieved after submission of proposals. However, proposals must be submitted by 3 March 2020 @ 1400 (EST)

This is a competitive acquisition for the award of an Indefinite Delivery Contract type Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) with a total capacity of $49M. Task Orders issued under this SATOC will be Indefinite Quantity for work performed in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. The award will be made from this solicitation using 100% small business set-aside competition. The Government will use a best value, Trade-off process , IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.101-1 when evaluating Offerors proposals. The proposal of the successful Offeror shall be incorporated by reference upon award of contract. The award contract will be for a base period of two (2) years with three (3) one-year options. Task orders issued under this SATOC will be firm-fixed price.
