About this opportunity
The National Park Service Intermountain Region seeks service, support, and maintenance for 11 automated fee machines at Rocky Mountain National Park, with quotations due August 5, 2026. Nine machines operate on AC power; two operate on solar. Ten machines use AT&T or Verizon wireless cellular connectivity; one uses satellite. The contractor must provide 24/7 technical support with 30-minute response times for urgent issues (95% resolution within two hours) and two-hour response times for normal issues (95% resolution within four days). All services must maintain PCI compliance and PA-DSS certification, with credit card processing through Treasury-designated processor Vantiv. Equipment must comply with Section 508 accessibility, ADA requirements, IP54 rating, and operability between 0°F and 110°F.
