This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to identify potential offers for the project. This is a new procurement. It does not replace an existing contract. No prior contract information exists.
The Government is seeking interest to contract this work under the 8(a), HUBZone, or Service Disabled Veteran Owned small business programs. We anticipate issuing a request for proposal which will result in a firm-fixed price construction contract. The magnitude of this construction project is between $250,000 and $500,000.
