***Amendment 1 - Correction*** The not to exceed value of the award is $240,000.

The National Park Service (NPS) requires spray injection pothole repair services on roadways under the jurisdiction of George Washington Memorial Parkway (GWMP). Roadway deterioration due to deferred timely rehabilitation projects has distressed pavement, causing the formation of potholes. The problem is particularly acute during the winter months where freeze and thaw cycles cause the formation of potholes. During the milder seasons of spring, summer and fall, prolonged rainy spells cause additional potholes.

The associated NAICS is 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors with a size standard of $16.5 Million. This requirement is a 100% small business set aside.

The prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management under the appropriate NAICS code.

The resultant contract will be a single award firm fixed type contract.

As required by FAR 36.204, the magnitude is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This requirement includes optional quantities that, if exercised, may increase the magnitude to between $100,000 to $250,000. The not to exceed value of the award is $240,000.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS: Security requirements for awards in excess of $25,000 are 50%
payment protection and 20% performance security. See FAR clause 52.288-13.
