This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W912NS20Q4021 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339999 All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing with size standard of 500 employees. This requirement is a [Small Business] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit a quote. Product Service Code 6910 Training Aids. All proposals shall reference the RFQ number.
The following commercial supplies are requested (see enclosed Purchase Description.

Delivery: FOB Destination, 90 Days ARO Requested, annotate on quote submittal if different.

If changes are required post award, it will require a bilateral contract modification pursuant to FAR 52.212-4(c) issued by the Contracting Office within awarded vendor's policy provided above.
Questions Deadline: Questions shall be electronically submitted by email to hediberto.roman.civ@mail.mil & craig.l.lueckenotto.civ@mail.mil utilizing the following subject: RFI W912NS20Q4021 "Company Name". All questions shall be submitted by 10:00 A.M./1000 Central Time on 22 September 2020 to be considered and answers will be posted to FBO.
Quote Submission Instructions: Offeror's Quotes shall be electronically submitted by email to hediberto.roman.civ@mail.mil utilizing the following subject: QUOTE W912NS20Q4021 "Company Name". All quotes shall be submitted on a Company Letter Head (include CAGE) or utilizing the attached Purchase Description. Offeror shall utilize the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) when submitting Quote. Provide individual price, a total price for each CLIN, and a total Quote price. Offeror's Quote shall ensure that their proposed product specifications fully meet the criteria of the RFQ. Provide evidence of recent and relevant past performance which supports your company’s ability to meet these requirements, no less than 2 (two) actions.
Basis of Award: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.

52.212-2 EVALUATION--COMMERCIAL ITEMS (OCT 2014)
(a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, the offer with the lowest price determined to be technically acceptable will receive the award. In order to be determined technically acceptable, the proposal must address the following:
Meeting the salient characteristics contained in the Purchase Description and receiving a satisfactory or better rating on past performance.
