About this opportunity

The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center (AFLCMC/C3NA) is seeking information from qualified vendors through this Request for Information (RFI) regarding their capabilities to develop comprehensive training programs and provide ongoing helpdesk support for the Scalable Portable Integrated Data Router (SPIDR) program. SPIDR is an enterprise software solution that serves as a common gateway system interfacing with multiple radios using various protocols, enabling message translation and exchange between network participants while including a moving map display. The RFI requests vendor responses covering company profiles, relevant experience, technical expertise, proposed solutions, rough order of magnitude pricing estimates, staffing plans, and security measures. Vendors must demonstrate capabilities in delivering multiple training modalities including instructor-led, virtual, online self-paced modules, simulations, and train-the-trainer programs covering SPIDR architecture, installation, configuration, operation, and troubleshooting. Response submissions are limited to 10 pages and must be submitted electronically to Abigail Browchuk by July 29, 2025.

This opportunity does not include any set-aside designations and no current contractors or incumbents are mentioned in the documentation. The training requirements encompass approximately 350 worldwide USAF operators and system administrators, with an annual training need of 70-100 personnel. The helpdesk support component requires 24/7/365 coverage with multiple support channels including phone, email, online chat, and ticketing systems, featuring tiered support with initial response requirements within 1 hour and specific timelines for deficiency report processing. While the RFI requests rough order of magnitude pricing estimates from vendors, no specific budget ranges or award values are disclosed in the documentation. The government emphasizes that this RFI is strictly for market research and informational purposes only, and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment to award a contract.
