About this opportunity
The Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) for the Joint Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (JETMS), seeking to deploy a cloud-based task management software system across the Department of Defense (DoD) and other government agencies. The objective is to develop a robust software solution that can interface with the Office of the Secretary of Defense's Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS), with scalability from 100 to 50,000 users in a single instance and potential future growth to 350,000+ users. Key technical requirements include Microsoft 365 integration, AI capabilities for document handling and task routing, mobile applications for Android and Apple platforms, and support for multiple security networks including NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS. Responses must be submitted by January 31, 2025, at 1200 Central Time, with detailed guidelines specifying submission format, including company information, business size standards, and responses limited to 19 pages. The RFI emphasizes that this is solely an information-gathering exercise, and no contract will be awarded directly from this announcement.
The pre-solicitation notice does not indicate any specific set-aside designations, and no incumbent contractors are mentioned in the documentation. While specific award values are not disclosed, the software solution's potential scalability suggests a significant potential contract value, given the requirement to support up to 350,000 users across multiple government agencies. The software must meet rigorous technical specifications, including compliance with RMF 2.0 security standards, role-based access control, and digital signature capabilities. Interested companies are required to provide comprehensive details about their organization, including CAGE code, Unique Entity Identifier, business size, and any special designations such as Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), HUBZone, or Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB). The RFI indicates a strategic approach to procuring an enterprise-level task management solution that can serve multiple government entities with advanced technological capabilities.
